3. Guarantees

These Terms and Conditions form part of the full Terms and Conditions of services

30 Day Guarantee

1. This guarantee is offered to you in addition to any statutory right you may have.
2. The guarantee period shall begin upon execution of this agreement and end after 30 calendar days.
3. Subject to any limitations or exclusions you may, at any time during the Guarantee period cancel this contract
4. Should you wish to terminate this Agreement under this guarantee you must inform us within the guarantee period by email, post or the cancellation form at http://www.betterwebspace.com/cancel, we shall confirm the cancellation by email.
5. Within 28 days of providing confirmation of the cancellation we shall refund any charges paid by you, excluding Domain registration or SSL certificate fees.
6. This guarantee excludes cancellation where here has been a breach of this agreement by you.
7. This guarantee applies to new Agreements only and not to renewal or upgrades of services.
8. We reserve the right to exclude any special offers from this guarantee, where any offers or services are excluded, the exclusion shall be expressly stated.
9. We reserve the right to charge, and set off those charges against any refund, for cleaning up of the partition or server us
ed by you during the guarantee period.
